Days of Wine and Roses Progressive Dinner

This will be the second South Pasadena Preservation Foundation Progressive Dinner Home Tour. The first, in October 2009, sold out and many people had to be turned away. So be sure to make your reservations early for this gala Saturday evening soiree.
The dinner tour will again include superb food, this time by chef Paul Rosenbluh of Firefly Bistro. Super premium wine pairings will again be featured at each of hosting homes. The first home will serve tasty appetizers; the second will offer a choice of refreshing soup or salad (both if you wish), then a stellar entrée course, and finally a not-to-be-missed dessert.
The price for the preview tour and gala, covering food, wine, sparkling water, and great camaraderie will be $95 per person. For only $5 more per person ($100 per ticket), a year’s membership will be included. The membership, which would otherwise cost $18, will assure your early notification and best chances for first-come-first-served tickets for future events and dinner tours.
Because the dinner tour does not allow much time for seeing all that these historic properties have to offer, your dinner tickets will also admit you to the Sunday tour.
You can reserve tickets at the South Pas Chamber of Commerce (1121 Mission St.), at South Pasadena Historic Museum Thursday evenings or Saturdays 1-4pm
